Entrance to the recreation home is at the front directly into the hallway, providing access to the toilet area and door to the living room. The bright living room has an open kitchen at the front with various modern appliances, including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and induction hob. At the rear, you will find a living area with large windows and a sliding door that provides access to the terrace and backyard.
On the first floor, the hallway gives access to three bedrooms. Two are furnished with bunk beds and the third with a double bed. This floor also contains the fully equipped bathroom with shower, towel radiator, sink and a second toilet.
Here is a fourth bedroom equipped with a double bed. This room is distinguished by its large picture-window from which you have a beautiful view over the lake ‘Heegermeer’.

The backyard is located – on the waterfront – facing southeast. This means a whole day of sunshine. There is a garden around the house with lovely places to sit and have a drink and snack.
The house has two private parking spaces on property. A large parking for additional vehicles is located nearby.
The house has unobstructed views and a lot of privacy. Within walking distance are shops, restaurants and terraces. Within 15 minutes, you are in the nearby villages of Woudsend and Sneek.
